Who processes your payments?

We take payments through Paypal. We do not store any financial information other than the payment received part.

Cancellation issues.

You can cancel at any time. We bill monthly and you will not be billed again after the month within which you cancelled.

How do I show / share my wireframes / prototypes

You should just invite - clients / friends etc. from SHARE option and send them link to the project or pages in email. They have nothing to download and will be able to see and leave feedback right on the pages.

There is also a Document / Print button in project DashBoard, that will generate HTML page with the screenshots of all the pages in the project.
We are working on Word & PDF versions.

What do I take out my data

Your data is plain HTML & Javascript. We are working on providing a desktop too; that you can use top open your project as offline. Also an export version that will generate HTML pages.

How safe is my data?

We are hosted on Amazon EC2 service. Also we take data Snapshots of the EBS every 2 hrs, which basically backup everything to Amazon S3.
The chances of loosing your data is negligible and is much more safe than having to take your own backups.

Can I white Lable it?

We are working on you being able to replace the Simulify Logo with your own logo.
More than that is not possible at this time.

Can We host it on our own server?

Not yet. Possible in future.
